VIRTUAL TICKET AND PURCHASE PROCESS
What is a Virtual Ticket?
Similar to a physical cinema ticket, a virtual ticket allows you to watch newly released films online, in conjunction with a cinema or organisation of your choice. By purchasing a virtual ticket you will be directly supporting your local independent cinema/organisation – the revenue is shared between the distributor and the partner.
Do I have to register, or do I need an account to buy a virtual ticket?
No, you do not need to register or create an account. However, an email address is required in order to receive your confirmation and ticket ID.
What is a Ticket ID?
A ticket ID is a unique code that serves as your personal virtual ticket to watch the film. It is displayed in the Order Confirmation email you receive after purchasing your virtual ticket.
How much time do I have to start watching the film?
After purchasing a virtual ticket for a film that is available, you will have a period of 48 hours to start watching.
If you pre-order your virtual ticket, you will have 48 hours to start watching from the time the film is available. Availability times vary for each film. Please click the info button on the individual film page for more details.
What happens when I pre-order a virtual ticket?
During pre-orders, you are able to purchase your virtual ticket and begin watching the film immediately after it becomes available. You will receive your ticket ID upon purchase, but you will see a countdown to when the film will be available to watch. From the time the film is available, you will have 48 hours to start watching.
How do I start watching?
Are you ready to start watching? Then go back to the film page, select “I already have a virtual ticket” and add in your ticket ID. Your confirmation email will include both your ticket ID and a link to the film page so you can easily access them at any time.
How much time do I have to watch the film/event?
After you insert your ticket ID and click "Watch Now", you will have 48 hours to complete your viewing. Live streams can be watched only during the event and are not made immediately available as recordings.
Can I download the film and watch it later without an internet connection?
No, the content can only be streamed with an internet connection and cannot be downloaded.
Which payment methods can be used to buy a ticket?
You can use Mastercard or Visa as a payment method.
I haven’t received an Order Confirmation email.

VIEWING EXPERIENCE
What devices can I use ?
The film can be watched via the embed player on a selection of leading web browsers and via the TICKET PLAYER app platform.
EMBED PLAYER
For all browsers we highly recommend that you always use one of the latest two major versions.
The following device and web browsers are supported for viewing content via the embed player:
*Please note: These operating system & browser combinations currently do enable viewing playback. However, there currently is no official Google & Microsoft support for these device-browser combinations.
What casting, smart TV & other devices are supported for content viewing?
Once you have purchased your content and you have received a ticket, there are several convenient large screen viewing options available to enjoy your content.
BIG SCREEN CASTING
There are two options; simply click “WATCH NOW” on the embed player, followed by the casting icon within the player window itself to commence the casting process.
Chromecast (Gen 1 to 3) - The Google Home app will guide you through the Chromecast setup and "How to Use".
Airplay - The embed player supports Airplay and Airplay-2. Once the casting icon has been selected within the browser, any compatible connected Airplay devices available will appear automatically in the drop-down list.
STREAMING APPS
In addition to the embed player and 2nd screen casting, the multi-platform TICKET PLAYER app provides more convenient viewing options. The app platform is a free complimentary service to the embed player.
The power of the TICKET PLAYER app platform is the unique ticket ID which you are provided upon completion of your purchase. The ticket ID is located within your email confirmation.
The TICKET PLAYER app is available on the following platforms;
Android TV (as of version 9)
Fire TV (as of 2nd Generation)
Apple TV (coming soon!)
To view your film, search and then install the 'TICKET PLAYER' app, located within the Android TV or Fire TV app Stores. Once downloaded, simply "Enter" your ticket ID and enjoy your movie.
How many devices can I use?
You can watch your content on up to 5 devices, 2 screens at the same time.
Why is the content not available in my country?
Due to rights restrictions, films are available to watch in specific territories and purchases cannot be made outside of those regions. Please click the info button on the individual film page for more details regarding its availability.
Why am I unable to start watching?
This might be because:
Your browser/device is not supported. Please try to play the film from a different browser or on a different device.
The film is no longer available.
The film is not available in your location.
The validity of the ticket has expired, or you have already used your ticket ID.
You have exceeded the maximum number of browsers or devices.
You are trying to watch the film on multiple browsers or devices at the same time.
Can I stream content in HD?
Yes. We always aim to offer the films in the highest available quality. Most content will be available in HD quality.
What if I have a bad internet connection?
We automatically adjust the quality of the film depending on your internet connection and device performance. If you have a slow internet connection, it may happen that the movie will not play at its highest resolution.

What happens if I clear my browser cookies while the content is streaming?
Even though the content will continue to play, interactions with the platform might end up in an error so it’s recommended to wait until your viewing has ended.
