Inspired by the book by Caroline Michel-Aguirre, which was in turn inspired by the true story of CFDT union representative Maureen Kearney, La Syndicaliste tells the story of a head union representative and whistleblower within the world of a French multinational nuclear corporation. This paranoid thriller sheds light on the experiences of a woman in a man’s world, featuring Isabelle Huppert in the lead role.
